Michelle was very helpful and pleasant. I was able to get a unit within 2 hours. They do ensure you are choosing the right unit of your choice.My experience was very good.
I know this isn't considered a charity but they really saved me when I needed it and were incredibly helpful and so kind! I only needed a place to put my things for a few months but it was everything I owned and was precious to me and I'm not rich so decent pricing and good customer service was absolutely imperative to me. Even when I was late on the first bill, I called and Christina spoke with me and was incredibly understanding and helped me take care of it right now. I have used other facilities before and this one is by far my favorite. Please use Cube Smart if you are shopping around!
Professional staff, flexible payment terms, secure storage. Would have given 5 stars if there was 24 hour access (we can access our storage unit between 6am and 10pm using a keypad code)
