store is very clean. We like the fact if for some reason our dog doesn't like the food we purchase, PetSmart will exchange it for something else.

My first time in there and I asked a question to one of the employees and the way she responded was rude, almost as if I’m stupid for not knowing whatever it is she knows she was really ignorant and I was ready to leave but I believe the manager it was that I spoke with talked to me and understood and he was really nice. I’m still not going to recommend this place tho lol just recommend that the manager goes elsewhere because he’s too kind to be there. My boyfriend says they’re pretty racist over the river and I really don’t want to believe that’s why this woman was talking to me but I’m visibly black and Hispanic, I went in there speaking Spanish on the phone and I know the woman heard me on the phone but hey who knows
People here are surprisingly helpful for a pet shop. I have had good experiences at both locations. I highly recommend them.
