Adam Merrick's team promises the moon and the stars, and they DELIVER! From my agent, Brent, to the professional photographer to the closing coordinator, Zenna, to an after closing follow-up, Jennifer, each team member is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I had a hard to sell townhouse in a complex with 8 other units for sale. I didn't qualify for the Guaranteed Sales Program, but my unit sold in LESS than 60 days anyway. Way, way, WAY too aggressive when dealing with them. They're utterly annoying in their constant calls, emails and TEXTS WHILE AT WORK! Gave our business elsewhere by default.
