Very rude, did not put cheese on my breadsticks when I paid 3$ and the manager refused to even apologize!
If I could give zero stars I would. No customer service at all! Management is unhelpful and unapologetic. How hard is it to put cheese on a pizza?! Or be sorry that it came with out any? And, refused to refund my money. Awful establishment ran by incompetent individuals. Never again. Called the 1800 number but they direct you back to the store. Shannon, the "manager" was completely worthless.

THE STAFF IS THIS LOCATION ARE LAZY AND RUDE. CALLED THE STORE AT 11:40 AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 5+ MINS. I CALL A SECOND TIME AND NOBODY PICKED UP. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SUCH DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. BUT THEN AGAIN YOU CAN'T EXPECT ANYTHING FROM EAST PEORIA. THIS CITY IS TRASH.
I ordered 1 pizza for carryout and the internet showed me a total for $16.
When I got to the store the employee ended up hooking me up with the $10 any-way instead of letting me get overcharged! THANK YOU SCOTT
