I have had the privilege of knowing Dick and his firm for more than five years. The firm was kind enough to work as co-counsel with my firm on a very serious wrongful death case in Tazewell County, and the Williams firm could not have been more helpful or generous with their time. I have gotten to know the firm's members in other contexts and they are all wonderful people that I can very highly recommend.
This has long been recognized as one of the top legal firms in Central Illinois. The negative review is from a dubious character who they refused to represent in a lawsuit against him.
Will never use them again they said they would take a $100 a month payment But they will hound you until you pay very unprofessional i would not recommend them to anyone Very bad firm

One star because the building looks good from the outside until you walk in and realize the facade hides an unorganized group of offices on at least 3 or 4 levels of the main floor. Up 1 step to 1 office, up 2 step to another, up 1 step and down 3 steps to another office in the back corner of what looked like a storeroom. Unprofessional and disorganized with the skill set of a recently graduated legal secretary who partied her way through college. I can't recommend these guys for any legal assistance, not even for a parking ticket. I don't know if it's just the Peoria/Pekin area that is populated with lazy, unskilled and unmotivated attorneys or if it's like this everywhere. These attorneys clog the courts with their numerous and wasteful filings that achieve nothing making it difficult for honest and hard working people to protect themselves from corruption.
