Brought in my suit to be dry cleaned. They had it finished when promised and had no problems.
I have always had the best service at Biehls in East Peoria. Everyone is very polite and professional. It is great to go into a business and be treated so well. Every retailer should have their employees train and work there for a year.
They didn't press my suit right, had to send it back. They also starched wrinkles into my shirts, had to take them somewhere else. And they only accept cash and checks. It's insane to me that even a small business wouldn't accept debit or credit in today's economy. Will not be returning.
