Researched water heaters online at Menards and Lowes, saw the Lowes heater was on sale for $267. I couldn't find the heater and when I asked, I was told they don't have any. Well since my water heater was leaking and a friend was to bring his pickup to the store to transport it, I ended up buying a different water heater for $389. The cashiers response was, "don't trust our website"
Very poor customer service. Online website states that parts were in stock. After arriving and trying to get assistance to no avail the supposed parts were not in stock. Wasted time coming to a store where associates were to busy conversing and laughing andjoking with each other to help. Would not tell my friends about Lowe's. I will tell them to go to Menards instead. Very very bad operation. Pricing on some items much higher than Menards.
Under employed. Finding help is more like chasing someone down. Not enough carts or poorly located. Loaded 5 sheets of plywood by myself without an employee offering to help.
