Such a pain. There will be long lines at checkout even when there are 10 employees in eye sight.
Had a very good visit at Kohl's. Found exactly what I was looking for. Very nice lady in the jewelry Dept was a lot of help.
Went in there today to look for a dress the store is a mess even the non-clearance areas have two or three items hanging on the same rack. I found a dress it was labeled 50% off went to check out it only rang up 25% off the department manager was extremely rude to the checkout lady and so I said fine I don't want the dress I walked back to the department to check it it was on the 50% off rack and there were two more dresses just like it also on there. They refused to honor it saying people must have moved put it back on the wrong rack .....they put multiple dresses of different sizes back on this different rack? They should have honored it. Haven't been to Kohl's for a while and by the state of that store won't be going back soon
I just want to pay and leave. What is so hard about that?
That box of tags or folding those shirts must be far more important that the 6 people in line for over 10 min.

I love this place to shop! Not only is there a great employee that always remembers me in the jewelry department but there are always sales going on and if you have a card with them you can always get a great bargain!
