Rented a Tahoe for 10 days. Pickup time was 3:00 pm. Arrived at 2:50 and was told it would be 20-30 minutes before it would be there. The manager requested we return at 3:30. We did and it still wasn't there so we waited. Tahoe arrived at 3:57pm. This set us back over an hour from our trip. Upon returning I shared the experience with the representative taking the return and he offered 10% on our NEXT rental. He did nothing for the inconvenience of the current rental. Why return?
Customer service was great and the car drove great. The car appeared to be clean but had an odor that was difficult to ignore and one that you could not get used too. Even my teenage son noted it...which says a lot.
Due to an accident I was referred through my Insurance Co. to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't be more impressed with the East Peoria Office! Thanks So Much..
Gas mileage is horrible. I got ford explorer with full tank should cover 320 miles. I drove about 250 miles both ways and for some reason had to refill the tank twice. Not good service. Also this enterprise location is not very convenient for the Caterpillar employees working in down town and want to rent. This location is not close to neither of the caterpillar offices. Old location was in East Peoria down town, very close to the Caterpillar facilities and office and was very convenient
Professional, friendly workers and standard services, same as other enterprise locations. Watch out for the upsell gimmicks, like junk add on insurance. They lay it on thicker here, trying to take your money if you do not scream nooooo in their face at least 3 times.
