Don’t call on weekends for furnace parts is all I can say. This Carol or whoever doesn’t know her but from a hole in the ground. Tried giving her the part number to the piece I need and she kept a referring back to the serial number of the furnace not the actual part that differs from the furnace. WOW!
We bought a travel trailer in July from these guys in East Peoria, I must say this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at any dealership. I've gone back a time or two to pick up a few things and the folks there are more than willing to help you get what you need....... Very satisfied customer!
A good friend of mine bought a 5th wheel trailer here and they helped with every aspect of the trailer. They gave him a great trade in and purchase price on the trailer and included a 5th wheel hitch also.
Stop going here for gas and parts from the service desk for about a year due to the rudeness from the service staff. Went back this week and was told in a very angry tone that you cant pull your vehicle up to the propane tanks. It was a quick reminder of why I stop going here. I not lugging 80 pound tanks from the parking lot and they were not offering to help! Took my business back down the street.
