Would give them 5 stars but they never make French Cut Donuts. Place is very busy and selection is limited as they cannot keep up with the huge demand at times. Food is very good and open for Breakfast and Lunch crowds, no dinner menu.
I've been getting donuts here for 3 years. They are amazing! So fresh and sometimes you can get them when they are still warm (get there early). It is always busy, so it's easier to call in an order if you plan to get a dozen+. Definitely my go to bakery for donuts for my work group.
Just visited Carl's last week. The people were super friendly and gave us a little history of their business. Their strawberry fritters, apple fritters and cinnamon rolls were outstanding. We are heading back this morning to try something new. This place is small but packed with the best bakery goods around!

Best apple fritters around. Call ahead for big orders, leave a massage. My favorite is the bavarian cream filled.
